Our Montreal classes are held every Saturday, right next to Namur Metro Station, right in front of the iconic Orange Julep 🍊. There’s free parking, so whether you’re hopping on the metro or driving over, it’s easy to get here!
We are now also open on every Sunday downtown! Right next to the Atwater metro station, right in front of the Alexis Nion mall. There is plenty of parking meter spaces and a 6$ parking option on Tupper St. A 2 min walk and right in front of the YMCA.

30-minute beginner friendly yoga session (15 min puppy free + 15 min with puppies)
